How it works
Snipe-IT is a web-based asset management system that runs as a service on your network.

It runs on a server
A PHP/Laravel web app with a MySQL or MariaDB database, self-hosted on Linux, Windows, or Docker, or hosted by Grokability. Everyone uses it through a browser.

Add what you own
Hardware, software licenses, accessories, consumables, and components, with asset tags, locations, and custom fields. Bulk import via CSV.

Check it out and track it
Assign items to people, locations, or other assets, with a full history of who had what.

Stay on top of it
Audits, maintenance, depreciation, warranty and license expiration alerts, and reports.
